We specialize in the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Medical and Fitness Level 3 Training model,
a functional program designed to increase power and decrease injuries!  Each program is individualized based on the results of your initial assessment. 

ALL-SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

We love helping kids achieve their goals.  We offer sports specific training for all ages.  We help teach proper form with a special focus on injury prevention. Build self-esteem and lifetime skills for youth sports.  We also help follow college program designs.

POST-REHAB FITNESS

We work with Parkinson's, stroke, and post-surgical (foot, back, knees, and hip) clients.  Our training is one-on-one with concentrated effort to get you living a more active, healthy life.

PERSONAL TRAINING

You achieve results because you are the focus.  Train one-on-one in a private setting without gym distractions.  Customized program design based on your personal needs.

4 people make a group.  We offer classes in Firm & Tone, Cardio Circuit, TRX Training, Resorative Yoga, Pilates Mat class, bar classes with body bar and the popular Roll it Out for myofascial release.

LifeStyle Coaching

Healthy Lifestyle Coaching

  1. We first identify your needs and what things are getting in your way, keeping you from experiencing health and vitality. 
  2. Initial 30 minute consultation is $55.00 which is applied to the program if you chose to let us help with your needs.
  3. After your mini-consultation then we will have a 60 minute Goal Setting Session
  4. The Cost of 6 one on one hours is $485.00 and includes all of the items below

Goal Setting Meeting

In this first meeting we explore the different things that are important to make a balanced life possible.  In this session we talk about all the areas of your life that need help and a coach.

Development of the Lifestyle Plan

This is a very detailed day to day plan that supports your goals and helps your break habits.

Personal Training

This is personal because it is personal.  Not everyone wants to run a Marathon.  Maybe yoga and restorative personal training fits you better.  Our help in this training is to make sure your personal choices and needs are met.  We are certified and trained to achieve all levels of goals.  You can always add more personal training sessions during the program or extend the program past the initial 6 weeks.

Daily Motivation and Mind Set

We will remind you to stay on track by sending a special message once a day or once a week depending on your needs.  Weekly handout materials are included.

Nutritional Help

Guidance is given in making healthy food choices.  We will help with understanding plant based cooking while still incorporating your family needs as well.  We can help with understanding how not to diet and still reduce calories. You have a choice to weight in or not.  We are here to make you feel comfortable in slowly changing you towards optimal health whether it is losing weight, maintaining your present weight, or even if you have been sick and need to put on weight we can help. Gaining Health and Vitality is the ultimate goal!

All Fitness Department services must be used within 2 months of purchase. Special arrangements for illness and vacation are available.

GROUP TRAINING

ALL FITNESS DEPARTMENT SERVICES MUST BE USED WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ILLNESS AND VACATION ARE AVAILABLE.
